COCHRAN Reunion

Some names may be misspelled, but that's the way they appeared in the write-up. Some I changed, others I didn't,

as I wasn't sure about the spelling, since some were spelled differently in different write-ups.

2007 Cochran Reunion

The annual Cochran Family Reunion was held on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the Senior Citizens Center in Falls City. A potluck dinner was held and many smiles were ex- changed.

Attending the reunion was: Denzil and Thelma Bell; Norma Thomas; Kathleen, William and Rhonda Willey; Ryan, Hope and Jacob Willey, all from Falls City, NE; Louie and Mildred DeRoin, from Rulo, NE; Dave, Lois, Ashley and Josh Blanton; Amanda Johnson, all from Bellevue, NE; Calvin and Vesta Cochran, from Shubert, NE; Barbara Cochran, from Nebraska City, NE; Mickey Cochran, from Castle Rock, WA; Tina, Jessica, Haley, Austin and Christopher Cochran; Ron and Jeannie Rethman; Del Cochran; Norman and Marge Cochran; Heather Christiansen and Jeremy Kearner; Mike and Toni Wintz; Norman Jr. and Cody Cochran, all from Verdon, NE; Terry and Karen Murphy, from White Cloud, KS, and Etta and Mike Blasotto, Wayland, MA.

Awards were given to the oldest person, Louie DeRoin; the youngest person, Jacob Willey; and the person traveling the farthest, Etta Blasotto from Wayland, MA.

Rhonda Willey was the host of this year’s reunion and has passed the family hatchet to Josh Blanton, who will run the reunion next year on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at the same place. Thanks for all who attended. See you next year!
